Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Moringa leaves (packed)
- 2 large Oranges, peeled
- 2 medium Carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, peeled
- 1 cup Water (filtered is best)
- Optional: Honey or ginger to taste (adjust for sweetness/spice)
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the Moringa leaves, oranges, carrots, and garlic. Chop the carrots into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- Add all ingredients (Moringa, oranges, carrots, garlic, and water) to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a smoother juice without pulp, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth. This step removes the fibrous parts of the moringa and any remaining orange pulp.
- Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy immediately for maximum nutrient absorption. You can add ice if desired.
