Moringa Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon moringa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 1 slice wholegrain or sourdough bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced avocado, chili flakes, feta cheese
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your liking and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, moringa powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center until just cooked and still soft.
